You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason at any time before it is delivered to you, and also during 7 days after the delivery - in accordance with Article 21 of the Government resolution of 27.09.2007 N612 “Setting rules for selling goods online”.

You have the right to exchange the goods if the form, size, model, color or set did not match your expectations. You can exchange the goods during 14 days after the purchase date.

The exchange and return of goods is possible, when:

  • its label and packaging are undamaged, and consumer qualities are unchanged,
  • the customer has the document that proves the fact and conditions of the purchase (i.e. receipt from the Net Pay system).

The exchange is possible if the chosen item is in stock and its price is not higher than the price of the purchased goods.

Our specialist will ask you to send us the picture of the item you wish to exchange or return and the receipt. He or she will also ask you to fill in and to sign the change or return form that you will need to pass to the courier.

We expect you to pack the goods that you wish to exchange or return appropriately, including all accessories and necessary documents. When returning the goods to the courier, do not forget to attach the signed form, a copy of the ID (passport), and a receipt from the NetPay system.

The application for refund is considered within 10 working days after the receipt of the documents in accordance with the Federal law 22 № 2300-1 on the consumers’ right protection. 

When the purchased goods have no defaults but do not fit in size, model or color, and there is not a possibility of exchange, money refund happens within 3 days after the purchased goods were passed to the courier, in accordance with Article 25, Federal law 22 № 2300-1 on the consumers’ right protection. 

In case of refund or exchange the courier service is paid by the Shop.

Money usually returns to the bank account within 2-3 days. The exact time depends on when the order was placed and which bank issued the card. The maximum period during which the funds will be returned may not exceed 30 days. does not have an access to the bank details of the customer as the payment information is operated by Net Pay processing system. The information is passed on via the technologies developed by the international payment systems VISA and MasterCard - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Verified by Visa, Secure Code protocols and closed bank networks guarantee security when using banking cards for payments.
